Terms of Service

The service. blissyards.ai monitors land parcels you define using publicly available Sentinel-2 satellite imagery (10 m/pixel) and notifies you of detected changes. Detection is automated and probabilistic: we cannot guarantee that every change will be detected, or that every alert reflects an actual encroachment.

Not legal advice. Alerts and evidence reports are informational. They are not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Consult a qualified advocate for any land dispute. Admissibility of satellite evidence is determined by courts on a case-by-case basis.

Your responsibilities. You confirm you have a legitimate interest in the land you monitor. You may not use the service to surveil land you have no right or interest in.

Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay and can be cancelled anytime from Settings; service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused full months are available on request within 7 days of billing.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
