blissyards.ai (“we”) provides satellite-based land monitoring. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. Your account details (name, email, WhatsApp number), the plot boundaries you draw, and the scan results our system generates for those boundaries. Payment details are processed by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

How we use it. Solely to operate the service: scanning your plots, sending you alerts, and generating evidence reports. We do not sell, rent, or share your land data with anyone. Satellite imagery is sourced from the European Space Agency's public Sentinel-2 program.

Who can see your data. Only you. Every record is protected by row-level security tied to your account. Employees do not access plot data except when you request support.

Deletion. Email support@blissyards.ai to request full deletion of your account, plots, scan history, and evidence files. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
